Warranty Checklist
Inform the retailer where you purchased your King Koil. You will need your original proof of payment as well as the bed name, size and date purchased.
Please note that should your mattress have any of the following, your warranty is no longer valid:
- Marked product
- Stained product
- Abused product
- Structurally altered product
- Product in an unsanitary condition
- Product where ID labels have been
removed
